ITClean apartment very close to the centre of town. Well appointed, though lack of toaster and kettle, though tea making facilities are advertised. Lovely thought leaving a welcome pack in the fridge. Good communication with Monica, the host, although we never met her.
No kettle or toaster. No hot water pressure in shower or bathroom, unable to take a shower. Sink would not empty on the second day of our stay. Smell of sewage in bathroom.

CAThe place was nice, centrally located, with all necessary amenities. Well outfitted.
If traveling with a car, it's advisable to either park it outside of the city center, or rent a smaller vehicle due to rather narrow streets.
AUITThe flat was on the 1st floor with plenty of space and a good bathroom with a big shower. There was a fan in the bedroom. There was plenty of kitchen equipment with a Nespresso coffee machine and there was milk juice and water in the fridge and something to eat in the morning. Valentina was particularly helpful when our flight was delayed and met us much later than expected. She also sorted out a minor problem with the shower and sink the same day we told her. Well done
Orte is located well for road and train services, but when the weather is very hot, as it was when we stayed, and there is no air conditioning you have to choose whether to sleep with the windows closed and a simple fan, or to sleep with the windows open, so you hear the motorway noise, and earplugs. Also the bed whilst very comfortable squeaked.
USIt was spacious, very clean, quiet AND she provided coffee, a washing machine and a hair dryer!

INAUBeautiful accommodation in a delightful little town. The Underground tour was fascinating but only operates at the weekend. Great local bus service from the train station to the town.
The only issue was if the people upstairs used the hot water while you were in the shower.
BGA very spacious apartment in the heart of italianissimo Orte. It's a pity I stayed one night only, wish it had been longer.
