Good facilities and welcome pack - it was great to have some juice for the kids in the welcome pack, thank you!
Property wasn't as easy to find as it was through a small opening on a main road, instructions could be improved for this. There was a sky box but it didn't seem to work, although we only stayed one night so it wasn't an issue for us.

Nice, clean, quiet, well equipped, good WiFi, parking, local facilities. A parade of shops nearby with coop, nice chippy and excellent Indian takeaway. Good walk down to Cambus for a nice meal.
Pub next door a bit grotty but only open a few hours a day and no noise.
