Location, room cleanliness

In breakfast they keep south indian foods nd bread but dont keep eggs in any form which is pretty basic.. And if u ask fr eggs they charge fr it.. Which I feel they intentionally dont keep eggs so that they can charge u telling that u have askd extra food which is not complimentary given.. Very strategic very shrewd.. Nd mild warm water in some rooms.. Nt hot

The location is too good. Since it's an old building bathroom that needs renovation from dripping water, fuse bulb & clogged washbasin. The TV was out, the air conditioner was dripping. The most important concern is whenever the power goes off & reboot again one has to wake up remove the key card & insert again. The kitchen is expensive but the taste is too good. The staff are friendly. It was a good stay 🙏

GOOD STAFF. OBELIGING OUR REQUEST BUT TAKING TIME TO MEET IT OUT

I BOOKED 2 XECUTIVE FOR 4 AULTSFOR 4 NIGHTS BUT THEY SAID BOOKING.COM INFORMED US AS 2 ADULTS FOR TWO ROOMS. CHGS COLLECTED ONLY FOR TWO PXS. BUT I ARGUED PAID FOR 4 ADULTS N PAID. AFTR VERIFICATION WITH BOOKING.COM THEY GAVE ME ROM. TV CHANNELS I REQUESTED TO ADD 4 TO 5 CHANNELS MORE THEY SAID DO IT BUT DIDNT DO. I SAID I PAY MONEY FOR THAT. THEY OBLIGED ON 3RD DAY TO ADD BUT DODGED. FINALLY THEY DDED WITHOUT MONEY. THIS IS THE PROB I PAID.

Location is very good and breakfast was also nice

Rooms little bigger

Lady receptionist is very sincere and service oriented. Excellent person. Overall very cooperative staff.
