"nothing much to say, but the facility and service was pathetic, language was the biggest problem in communication, staff"

nothing. Cost was very high compared to the facility provided

how much I count? Toilet spray was leaking and broken Towels were not clean, yellow stain on towels bed sheets and pillow cover was dirty Room was stinking Parking was in basement but trash was also kept at the same place no toiletries provided even on request

Location was in the main town

Miniature rooms at exorbitant rates. Pathetic behaviour of staff who were refusing to give handwash for basin . No toiletries given. Gave used towels and bedsheets. Flush in bathrooms was not working and overall poorly maintained. They take no efforts to satisfy the basic guests needs. Our request for an early breakfast ,just by 30 mins was also not enterrtained. Ghey have no staff to help with parking and luggage pickup from room. Not recommended

Staff is really good and helpful. Complimentary breakfast 🍳 is excellent. Overall service is excellent and in main city town.

Bed are not comfortable, toiletries not provided. Parking is in basement but congested.
