There were people smoking on one of the balconies below us.

Great location, good ienough nformation about the check-in/out details. Big room with accessories. We did not mind the lack of staff. The pizzeria downstairs is amazing. Classy neighborhood

The pictures are a bit too shiny. It's an ok place, but like a general airbnb room. The ventillation system was noisy when somebody is taking a shower. The information about the breakfast was misleading. They just offer a place.

Location is good, convenient to visit the city centre quickly and easily

We got troubles when arrvived, we can't enter a room because of locked key. It took us an hour to contact with the Nurma. Finaly, all set and we were upgraded to a better room. However, it was unexpected experience that we hope it should be improved by the Nurma

DO NOT STAY HERE Just a few of the things we experienced during our stay: - Booked a large duplex room with two beds but received a small one-bedroom room with one bed and no pull-out couch. - There was no one available on-site to help after check-in. We had to contact support through WhatsApp, where the representative was located in another country. - The support agent eventually stopped responding while we were trying to get assistance. - We booked this property specifically because it advertised a washer/dryer. After our first load, the washer door locked shut and would not open. We tried every troubleshooting step we could find, but nothing worked. We later discovered that multiple guests had reported the same issue in previous reviews. - Support responses often took 20+ minutes, and because there was no staff on-site, every issue had to go through WhatsApp. Agents repeatedly suggested solutions we had already tried and initially refused to send anyone to help. The conversation would effectively restart every 30 minutes with a new person asking the same questions and offering the same unsuccessful solutions. - After more than three hours, we finally reached someone by phone who arranged for maintenance to come. A staff member arrived about an hour later and opened the washer door. - Unfortunately, the problem was not fixed. After running a test cycle, the washer door locked again and still would not open. We were given no instructions on how to avoid the issue or properly use the machine. - This ordeal wasted most of our only full day in Oslo. - The room was extremely hot and stuffy, even with all windows open and a fan running. - The kitchen area had a strong unpleasant odor. - The bed was uncomfortable, and the mattress topper did not even fit the bed properly. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. There are far better options available in Oslo.

- The room gets quite warm during hot days and there's no AC - Noise from the restaurant on the ground floor until late

The location was very convenient. Close to tram and bus stops. The apartment was tastefully furnished. I got lucky to get an upgrade so it was ana amazing surprise.

My cooker didn't work, I wrote text messages on WhatsApp, I assume the robot did not do anything to help me. I was led to believe that someone would be coming to help me fix the cooker in 10 minutes.. no one called or came.
