The staff was very friendly & helpful, very personable! Clean! Loved the rooftop terrace!

Uns hat besonders die zentrale Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Meer gefallen. Das Zimmer war sauber, und das Bett sehr bequem. Positiv hervorzuheben ist auch das kleine Frühstück sowie das nachmittägliche Glas Wein mit Snacks. Ein weiteres Highlight war die schöne Dachterrasse, die wir abends nutzten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Location

Clean and modern

The location was awesome and the young lady at the front desk when I arrived was very nice and helpful.

The fire alarm went off at 6am for a half hour. It was a false alarm but couldn’t find any staff to turn the alarm off. When I asked the front desk attendant that morning if I could have a later check out time so my kids can sleep longer because of the disruption she snapped at me and complained about all the people that have asked for the same. The continued to say “I don’t control the weather.” Very disappointing.

The location, amenities, free wine, and guest services were all phenomenal. We would definitely return.

The bathroom door in our room (316) dragged hard when opening it and would cause us to lift and pull or hear a loud screech.

Staff was amazing good breakfast and close to everything

It’s “dog friendly “ yet we had to sign something stating that the dog could not be left in the room at all without risking eviction, even for breakfast. It took most of the relaxation out of the stay.
