The concierge was very friendly and did everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The beds were pretty hard.

Very good location just outside of Marrakesh. Very safe (closed area). Rooms are nice. The breakfast was decent. Easy parking.

Slow wifi. A bit harder beds. You can see some wear and tear. From the pictures it looks more in better shape, but not a big deal.

The location is good if you are coming/ going to the airport. We were quickly moved to another room, after the room has been flooded (water pouring through the wall). Luckily we put our lugagge on the chair before it happened, so everything remained dry.

Too much money for that kind of service; staff, condition of the room and dinner was quite a dissapointment.

Helpful friendly staff go above and beyond. Swimming pool.

Distance to town. But staff helped finding taxis.

Comfy, relaxing haven with lovely people and staff, good location, near the city but a wonderful retreat from it after a day of exploring in the souk.

No downsides... Internet worked, but only in the communal areas. wasn't a real problem, though.

The property was beautiful, the bedroom was spacious and clean, the property offers various areas to dine or relax indoors or by the pool. The staff were great and very helpful and the food was delicious. I only stayed for one night but will definitely consider returning for a longer stay.

The property is quite far from the city centre but the staff are happy to arrange transport so you know you can trust the driver / price.

Staff gave us tea and let the kids swim even though it was 1 am in the morning when arriving. Very nice garde and pool.

There is a wedding hall right beside the hotel and weddings can go on all night until 6 am. There was a wedding going on during our stay. Very far from everything. Breakfast could have been better. We where a large group and they made all the eggs runny and sunny side up despite many of us including children did not eat it this way. When asked to scramble them it was an extra charge.

Everything. Wonderful place they will make you feel like at home. If you looking for a place where to relax this is the right place ☺️
