Great location just next to ViuFest, located direct front to Kiss Bridge, you can see clearly Symphony of the Sea show from the balcony. Location basically awesome! The room and lift also quite okay.

- the guy receptionist is friendly and helpful but always not in the counter. There's no way to contact him. Called & whatsapp-ed the number from booking, but to no avail. - The front of the hotel feels abandoned with dried leaves scattered around, almost as if no one is staying there, especially when compared to the surrounding hotels that have proper décor and potted plants. - there's no proper deco in the reception area.

Đầy mùi hôi ngay từ khi mở cửa bước vào sảnh đến khu vực hành lang, thái độ nhân viên rất tệ, đây là kiểu nhà nghỉ/ homestay nhưng quảng cáo là khách sạn 3 sao, dịch vụ không chuyên nghiệp, nhân viên thái độ không tốt

Bilik family yang saya stay sgt berbaloi,even xde breakfast but boleh ambik gambar bunga api depan mata. Staf yang jaga pun sgt baik dan membantu.

푸꾸옥 호텔의 취소 이슈로 많은 걱정을 했는데, 얼리버드로 저렴한 가격에 예약했었음에도 예약을 유지해주신 사장님께 감사드립니다. 가성비 깔끔하고 위치도 최고입니다~!

位置就在公路边隔壁是个超市好找，只是在地图上标的不是十分准确。
