Azaya Beach Resort Goa

Great location, fabulous pool Villa. Staff particularly friendly, Sanjana the guest relation manger exceptional helpful.

Lacking of keeping the standard in the rooms, Villa. Doors, Windows need to adjusted, sofa stained and ripped pillows. Easy things which should be checked regularly.

Amazing staff taking care of all the requests. Great location and facilities, very clean and beautiful garden. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to relax that’s the one.

Overall I don’t have much comments, really enjoyed our stay. Only thing to improve slightly is the check-in, we were tired after whole night flight, just wanted to provide our passport and get the keys, instead had to pay for the room in advance and struggle with POS machine

All the staff at the resort were very polite and helpful. The meet and greet was very well executed with the added bonus of the concierge being readily contactable via whatsapp before and throughout your stay to assist immediately with any queries. The pool area was beautifully maintained and had the added benefit of not being full of noisy muppets. The gym had a good selection of weight machines (though limited number of free weights - max went to 10kg dumb bells). The quality of the food served for breakfast and dinner in the La Concha restaurant was fantastic. The aromatherapy massage at the Spa was also very very good. The direct access to the beach is a superb bonus, allowing for a chance to swim in the sea, go for long walks and also to try out the beach shacks (noting the sea food at the Seagull Beach Shack was delicious). The shower was the most powerful I have ever come across, worth going just for that experience!!

There is little to fault but we did notice that our Essence balcony room felt a little more tired (e.g. creaky door to the toilet, broken balcony door lock (noting would have very hard to get access to the room so was not a concern)) when compared to the Luxury garden room that a friend was staying in which is in a newer block.

Renovations in the adjoining villa, were advised if we had told them it bothered us the would have stopped - we didn't realise you had to complain for people to use their brains - hammering, drilling, sawing and painting is obviously going to cause issues especially finishing at 9pm at night. Too many things went wrong - we left after 2 nights - they would not refund - pool villa was $3,500 for the time- we had a group of 4 rooms - two were ok - ours wasn't great and the other had a water leak in the ceiling - teenager slipped over on the water - injured - moved rooms at 11pm at night after they were told they would send someone to fix - took much convincing for them to move

The property location is great shut they need to do some upgrading after a few years of use for what is being charged

Beautiful hotel . Great location and lovely beach. Good breakfast lovely staff. Room really comfortable will be going back.

Very little. The restaurant is very big and always empty in the evenings. The beach restaurant also empty but beautiful. Had an issue with the food at the beach bar. The other food we had was delicious.
