Sea Wind Luxury Villa with Private Heated Pool Kassandra Halkidiki

The villa is great, with everything you need for a wonderful vacation. Large and comfortable living room, large bedrooms, well-maintained yard and pool. The owners are extremely kind and responsive. Fruits and drinks were waiting for us upon check-in.

Everything. It was perfect. Very clean, very well equipped, walkable distance from taverns and markets, very good soundproofing. The owner was extremely kind and helpful and was eager to assist us with everything we needed at any time. Would recommend 100% to every group that wants a wonderful place to have fun!

Everything was absolutely perfect, we had an absolutely wonderful time and could not be happier. The house itself was beautiful and clean, kept in great shape. We enjoyed hanging out in the spacious living room and in the balcony overlooking the pool. The outdoor pool is gorgeous just as the picture shows, and the kids had a blast. We also made use of the outside grill several times. The bedrooms themselves are also great, and one of them had a small desk for us to do some work when we had to. The beds are comfortable too, the showers had consistent hot water, and our hose initiated a timely refresh of sheets and towers (which we had had plenty to begin with). But the very best part is Rafail, our host, who was kind and hospitable, catered to our every need and did above and beyond to assure we had a flawless stay, including helping us out with transportation on occasion (we did not have a car). In terms of location, the house is a 5 minute walk from Nea Fokea town square, which had several restaurants and small supermarkets.

The villa was great. The ground floor has the big living room with a big TV, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom, a big dinning table/area, access to the outdoor terrace and to the pool. Upstairs there are 3 double bed bedrooms and 2 baths + a big balcony overlooking the garden and pool. There are 2 additional double bedrooms, 1 bath, 1 kitchen and a living room also with TV at the lower-ground floor but you don't feel it's partially underground as it has natural light coming in. Pool and sunbeds were wonderfull, barbeque area was great too. Very quiet area and you have some good dining options nearby - 10' walking if you want to eat out. There are a few small groceries stores in the area, but you'll probably want to go to the Lidl store that's 10-12' drive from the village. Rafail, our host was very helpful with a lot of information and very responsive when we asked him anything.

Everything was great 😃 We had a wonderful time staying in this villa. The owners are very kind, the villa was spotless and the pool was also very clean 🫧 We left with joyful and happy memories. If you want to book this villa, you won't regret it. It's really exceptional 🤩

The hosts were extremely helpful and very kind. The villa itself is excellent. We particularly liked the garden and the swimming pool as well as the terrace with the good barbeque facilities.

The location was a bit different than the one shown in booking but the discrepancy was not significant.
