Room was clean with IKEA furniture which is great since I work for IKEA. :) Free of parking was available beside the building. Restaurants, supermarkets just a few steps away. The breakfast was only pre-packaged supermarket dry stuff there was free vegetables, drinks (juices, milk, extremely good quality expresso coffee).

Consider to having rather pre-packaged sandwiches for the room for breakfast so those who does not like only traditional Italian sweet things can also having some more choice.
