Candle wood Beach Stay

Loved that the beach was right in front of our stay. Got to watch many beautiful sunsets!

Location of the property is excellent Accessible to near by beaches (Kudle Beach, Om Beach, Gokarna Main beach) 10 mins drive to Mahabaleshwar temple

No proper Amenities provided in the hotel There is no provision to hang your dry/wet clothes No sufficient space for luggage. Road Lanes to the property are very narrow

Good Beach View and calm. very less people in the beach so we can enjoy more

Facilities are less , with friends ok but family we need our own vehicle

The room was simple and clean and the host was kind

I had engaged with the host via WhatsApp prior to the booking to ensure I could have the sea view showing in the property pictures. We arrived in the dark and the following morning I discovered room Seven no longer has a view of the sea, but of a building site. By day three this had also become a place to leave wet washing. Not quite the terrace in the pictures. Gokarna has a massive rubbish issue - it’s a toilet, go to one of the other beaches in the area. Not only the obvious litter, but there’s a huge amount of broken glass/bottles in the waterline. This is not a place for children.

1. Location is excellent. 2. Owners are super hospitable. 3. Room overlooks the beach, awesome view. 4. Plenty of options to eat in the neighborhood. 5. 24 hrs hot water in the bathroom. 6. Bed linen and towels are clean and fresh. 7. Shampoo and Soaps are provided by the owners 8. Air conditioner and fans work well. 9. Ideal for couples or budget travellers or friends traveling in groups. 10. The parking belongs to someone else but that's free and even those people are very friendly.

1. The room is too small, no place to move around. The beds occupy 95% of the space 2. There are no glasses or water jugs in the room. 3. There is no table, chair or cupboard to keep your luggage. 4. There is no in house cafe, the owners wife does cook but didn't try the food here. 4. Since it over looks the beach, there should be provision to dry wet clothes after the dip in the sea.

The room was quite spacious. Plus it is right on the beach, with a good view. The owner was also very cooperative and understanding.

Nice location and beach front rooms, Day spent well with family. Good customer service and good food. Worth of spending money to our rooms.

Everything was top notch Facilities, service, nature of the staff and the list can go on and on They will treat you like their own family member and are very welcoming
