"Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, wygodnie, spokojnie z doskonałą komunikacją z gospodarzem."

To był nasz drugi nocleg u Irene naszą czteroosobową rodziną (z dwójką dzieci), w tranzycie pomiędzy promem a dalsza podróżą. Lokalizacja bardzo dobra, blisko portu. Komunikacja z gospodarzem znakomita. Wygodne łóżka. Ciepło, cicho i spokojnie. Doskonałe naleśniki w restauracji na dole. Sklep bardzo blisko, zaraz za rogiem budynku.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν άνετο και στο κέντρο της πόλης. Ήταν καθαρό, πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και επιπλέον οι οικοδεσπότες μας πρόσφεραν τα απαραίτητα για πρωινό. Ξεπέρασε τις προσδοκίες μας.

Ήταν όλα θαυμάσια. Δεν μπορώ να σκεφτώ τίποτα αρνητικό. Μια πολύ πολύ μικρή παρατήρηση, θα θέλαμε ένα πατάκι μπάνιου.

"ΕΞΑΙΡΕΤΙΚΗ"

Βρίσκεται σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία, πολύ κοντά στο λιμάνι, στην παραλία του Βόλου, δίπλα στο Πανεπιστήμιο Θεσσαλίας. Πολύ κοντά έχει και μεγάλο ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ, ενώ υπάρχουν και ελεύθερες θέσεις. Το σπίτι είναι πολύ άνετο, πολύ καθαρό και η συνεργασία με την Ειρήνη άψογη. Ιδανικό για οικογένειες λόγω των δωματίων αλλά και για ανθρώπους που θέλουν να περάσουν αρκετές ημέρες στον Βόλο.

Όλα ήταν πολύ καλά.

Εξαιρετικά βολική τοποθεσία, στο κέντρο του βόλου, δίπλα στην παραλία.

1. Θα ήθελα να μου έχουν πει ότι είναι σε πεζόδρομο και η στάθμευση στον κεντρικό δύσκολη. 2. Βλέπει μόνο πρασιά κι έχει θόρυβο από κλιματιστικά μαγαζιών, πρέπει να έχεις συνεχώς κλειστά τζάμια.

Η τοποθεσία,ήταν πάρα πολύ κεντρικά και ακριβώς πάνω στην "παραλιακή" περατζαδα.Το σπίτι ήταν πολύ καλό, νιώσαμε σαν στο σπίτι μας,άνετο,είχε τα πάντα από ευκολίες μέχρι και καλουδια για πρωινό .Η οικοδεσπότης μας υπέροχη και πολύ εξυπηρετική.Παντα προσβάσιμη γρήγορα μας έδωσε τις πληροφορίες που χρειάστηκαν και μας έσωσε με τις οδηγίες της από το θέμα του πάρκινγκ που είναι δύσκολο όπως και σε κάθε μεγάλη πόλη.Περασαμε τέλεια στο ταξίδι αυτό και ένα μεγάλο μέρος οφείλεται στην Ειρήνη και στο διαμέρισμα της!
