Location is great!

If you're traveling with a family that includes small children, I would recommend avoiding this property. While it's an upgraded old building in Bari, it unfortunately lacks an elevator. You might find it quite challenging to lug your baggage up four flights of narrow stairs, especially with motion-sensing lights that switch off unexpectedly. Although the bathroom has been modernized, the sink drainage was not functional. Additionally, finding parking and even locating the property within the maze-like Bari old town proved extremely difficult. Be prepared for considerable challenges in navigating and dealing with these issues if you decide to book. Breakfast isn’t anything other than a coffee and croissant. Please don’t get fooled by the pictures of the posting!

Sewage smell from AC

Posizione buona per visitare la città. La stanza era pulita nonostante i muri con la muffa non fossero un belvedere. Colazione essenziale in un bar vicino ( il servizio lascia molto a desiderare). Mancava il kit di benvenuto che su richiesta è stato portato solo la sera.

Terribile puzza proveniente dal bagno. La vasca idromassaggio perdeva acqua, l’ho usata due volte e mi si è allagata la stanza ambedue le volte. Mobile del lavandino rotto e nessuna asta su cui appendere le tante grucce messe nell’armadio. La stanza si trova al terzo piano senza ascensore.. per fortuna ero senza i miei figli.

Close to the city centre

- the apartment had extensive mould on 2 walls which left the apartment with a very weird smell (we had to leave the windows open in the night which felt unsafe) - 1 bedside table was missing, and the other wasn’t properly attached to the wall - bathroom vanity was broken - the water heater was off with no obvious switch to put it on. When we messaged the owner about it, they didn’t answer back until after we left - the common area was rundown with paint peeling off the walls - there were no toiletries (except for a small bar of hand soap) and no bedroom slippers, contrary to what was advertised - the coffee machine was dirty with old coffee that was not removed

La ubicación muy buena

Tuvimos un charco de agua considerable en la habitacion porque el jacuzzi perdía agua. Las paredes llenas de humedades. El acceso al apartamento desde el portal complicado para gente con problemas de movilidad.

Die Lage. Allerdings st Parma so kompakt, dass man überall in der Stadt eine gute Lage hat.

Schimmelpilz in der Wohnung (siehe Bilder). Aber schlimmer war der beißende Geruch. Fenster mussten durchgehend geöffnet sein, damit es einigermaßen erträglich war. Haben de Vermieterin kontaktiert. Diese war auch vor Ort. Sie meinte , dass der Schaden kurzfristig aufgetreten ist. O-Ton: Unvorhersehbare Dinge passieren. Allerdings hat eine Julia den Pilz schon am 10.09.24 in ihrer Bewertung moniert. Also doch nicht unvorhersehbar. Ich habe die Vermieterin um eine Teilerstattung wegen des Geruchs gebeten. Sie meinte nur: Wegen eines Flecks an der Wand? Naja……hat’s nicht verstanden. Sie meinte aber, dass direkt nach unserer Abreise der Maler kommt. Nur damit ist der beißende Geruch nicht verschwunden. Finger weg von dieser Unterkunft!!!

The Apartman was dirty. Black mold under the A/C and dirty stains on the sheet.

Świetna lokalizacja, praktycznie same centrum Bari! Bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem. Czysta łazienka i pościel. Dostępny ekspres kapsułowy, czajnik, herbata.
