"House and casita with amazing views in an ideal location!"

The location of this property was ideal for our trip. It is less than 10 minutes to the airport and to downtown. Also, Point Loma (town, not the lighthouse) is about a mile away. There are several options for dining there. There is a grocery store less than 3 miles away. The house and attached casita are on the only beach in the area. It is a public beach and we didn't mind the people that came to walk, swim, kayak or paddleboard. Outdoor space is great. Again, great location and convenient to almost everything. Finally, the views are amazing!

There is no heating or air conditioning in the main house. Plug in box fans and electric space heaters are provided. The bathroom is outdated as is the kitchen. But they were both functional and clean. The kitchen in the casita is modern and appears to be relatively new.
