The place is in town. The linen was fresh. The bed was comfortable, with electric blanket. The rooms have gas heaters ready for the Kokstad cold winter nights. Bathroom have sensors when coming in lights switches on and off when leaving. The host was friendly,welcoming & always available on the phone. The room had bedside lights. I enjoyed my stay

The place has no signage that I almost got lost. The gate has no intercom so you got to phone when getting there to be opened for. My room had only one light working at the ceiling.
