The facility was not upto paying standard

It's our second time staying at Lake Acres. As I said in my 1st review work in progress, lots has been done, since my 1st visit. Well done. Connie's is an excellent hostess.

Propere kamer en alles goed in orde. Wifi werkte en er was ruimte om de auto (veilig) te parkeren. Er was een probleem met onze boeking. Het telefoonnummer dat we belde was niet op de hoogte van onze aankomst. Echter was dit uiteindelijk snel opgelost. Door problemen onderweg arriveerden we laat op de avond. Dit was geen enkel probleem. Er stond iemand ons op te wachten bij aankomt.

The Location of the place is easy to find, but in a very noisy area. There is no signage indicating that the place is a Business. No air conditioner in the room and it was too hot. The Bathroom taps in the bathroom broken. The noise from the neighbors throughout the night was unbearable.

The host was friendly. We had to wake her up at 4am the following day as we had a breakdown on the way.and did not arrive on Friday evening. She answered her phone and came to assist us

Jyst that when we arrived there was no electricity as we longed for a hot shower before getting a rest

Very clean and comfortable, the housekeeper Connie is a gem, she made our stay good. Connie goes above and beyond to make the guests comfortable.

Lots of work to be done, work in progress. Has lots of potential.
