"Terrible, worst customer service I ever experienced."

Nichts

The recpionist informed me that foreigners are not allowed to stay at the place. After that he did not care to help me to find a different place or anything. He just ignored me and told me to leave. No refund no nothing. I have never experienced worse customer service in my live. Anyway the place is dirty and filthy. Maybe its for the best that I couldnt stay as planned. I hope booking.com will react to this or from now on I will try to avoid booking.com for reservations.
