Maison très confortable, bien équipée et joliment décorée. Le jardin a une vue incroyable sur l’océan avec de magnifiques coucher de soleil. Jorge est un hôte très attentionné et réactif.

Wir haben eine wunderschöne Zeit in der Komfortablen Ferienwohnung gehabt. - Die Lage ist top, sehr ruhig, einen schönen Blick über das Meer mit Sonnenuntergang. Die Ausstattung ist modern und sehr umfassend. Wir wurden von Willkommensgeschenken begrüßt, Produkte aus Madeira Wein, Obst, Gebäck. Die Übergabe war unkompliziert. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Für die Waschmaschine lagen sogar Waschtabs bereit. Für den Kaffeeautomat waren sogar Kapseln da.

Apartament był bardzo przestronny, duże wygodne łóżka i wszelkie udogodnienie zgodnie z opisem i nowe. Piekny widok na ocean cieszył nas każdego ranka, mogliśmy też podziwiać, z ogrodu, przed domem zachód słońca. Za domkiem fantastyczne miejsce do grillowania (jak ktoś lubi. 😚). Położenie apartamentu bardzo nam odpowiadało, cicha spokojna okolica a jednocześnie blisko różnych miejsc, które chcieliśmy zobaczyć ( jak to na Maderze - z wynajetym samochodem wszędzie blisko). Gospodarz bardzo miły i zaangażowany, chetny do wszelkiej pomocy. Gorąco polecam !

Appartement impeccable, fidèle a la description, très bien équipé et décoré avec soin. Situation ideale pour visiter l'ouest et le nord de l'île. Jorge a été un hôte exceptionnel : accueil chaleureux malgré notre arrivée tardive, petites attentions locales à notre arrivée et une disponibilité exemplaire tout au long du séjour. Un vrai coup de cœur !

Zeer hulpvaardige en vriendelijke host. Appartement is top.

Wir hatten erst eine Stunde vorher auf Madeira gebucht und führen auf gut Glück nach Prazeres. Unser ursprünglich gebuchtes Quartier hatte sich als eine Wohngemeinschaft herausgestellt. Zufällig!!!! war Jorge auch da und hat uns sofort herzlich aufgenommen und das Quartier fertig gemacht. Die Lage seines Hause ist einfach Himmlisch. Er hat uns auch immer wieder mit Tipps per WhatsApp unterstützt, und so uns bis zur Abreise begleitet. Bester Unterkunft Geber ever. 💚

The house is nicely designed and well furnished, but overall, I would choose a different place to stay next time.

There was extreme humidity inside, and only two small electric heaters were provided. I’ve been to Madeira before and never had such issue with humidity in other accommodation. We also found ants in the kitchen and even inside the fridge. I reported this to the host via WhatsApp, but received no response. Another issue was that the electrical cabinet for both the upper and lower apartments is located in the lower one — which was ours. Since the weather was mostly rainy and windy, there were frequent power outages, and the guests from the upper apartment had to knock on our door to reset the circuit breakers. Communication with our host, Jorge, was confusing at times. He also entered our apartment twice without our permission while we weren’t there, which shouldn’t happen. Lastly, parking wasn’t available on the property itself — we had to park on the street next to the house, but in the end that was fine.
