Ho pernottato qui diverse volte: le stanze sono molto belle e curate nei minimi dettagli, il livello di pulizia è veramente altissimo (le camere profumano sempre di pulito e di nuovo) e il proprietario è veramente gentilissimo e disponibile. Silenzioso, parcheggio proprio sotto sempre disponibile e molto gradito il fatto di offrire gratuitamente qualcosina da mangiare, anche se confezionato naturalmente, e la cialda per potersi fare il caffè. Il rapporto qualità prezzo è davvero top!!

Il mio soggiorno al Civico 4 Affittacamere è stato assolutamente fantastico. È un posto dove si respira un'atmosfera accogliente unita a uno standard qualitativo davvero alto. I punti di forza: Camere: Moderne, arredate con gusto e, soprattutto, pulitissime. Il letto era comodissimo. Posizione: Conscio è una località tranquilla e incantevole. Il Civico 4 è la base perfetta per visitare Treviso e Venezia, offrendo pace e relax lontano dal caos. Ospitalità: I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Si vede che mettono il cuore in quello che fanno. In sintesi: se cercate un posto con l'anima, pulizia impeccabile e vera ospitalità italiana, questo è il posto giusto. Tornerò sicuramente!
