IEi like when we left
the room was dirty, headboard has stains on it, location not the best, everything creaked
IEIEVery comfortable and quiet hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the evening meal was good. The bar area was cosy and pleasant.
Whilst the breakfast cold spread was good, the fried breakfast was a little disappointing. The sausage was tasteless and the puddings were dry and hard.
IEWe had a one night stay and arrived a little after 9pm. The staff and kitchen staff were brilliant the kept the kitchen open, last call for food was 9pm and they could have closed up but they didnt to allow us to get dinner, and the dinner was great and very well priced. They provided taxi details and just went out if there way to ensure we had what we needed.
Noting to say here. The place is great.

Very noisy shower. Bit creacky and narrow steps but it's an old building so it is what it is.
