Apartment by the Beach

The beautiful marina view. The proximity to the city and beach. The flat had everything you could need.

The interior could do with a refresh and cosying up.

A great location - fantastic views of the Marina and a short walk to the beach of Swansea Bay. Very comfortable bed! The communication with the host was excellent.

Intermittent shower (water came in short bursts of scalding hot and freezing cold). The hot water in the bathroom sink was a very poor trickle. Constructive criticism:- The fittings and furnishings are a bit old and in need of replacement. Oddments of crockery, cutlery and a variety of cooking pots. I think we may have been the first guests for a while as the apartment smelt a bit musty. Directions to the front door could be improved upon as it took a few drive- past to actually locate it. This could be a gold mine, but it's time to bite the bullet - I would give the whole place a lick of paint, replace or renovate the ageing kitchen and front door. This a great location and a little effort would really reap great benefit's. Would we stay there again - absolutely.

Location and facilities very good

Could do with some blackout curtains. Current blinds not sufficient.

Fantastic location, very clear instructions. A spotless apartment. Comfortable bed, lovely shower.

Storage heaters (although oil heaters available ☑️)

Location, parking on site . Good shower.

Heating was not working as it should. Bath too long to fill, water pressure low. Sofa was not very comfortable .

The location is ideal for either the town centre or to walk along the coast and end up in mumbles.

Parking was a bit snug but a very small issue.
