I had an absolutely wonderful stay! The property was even more beautiful than in the pictures – spotlessly clean, bright, and very comfortable. The highlight was without doubt the breathtaking view from all the terraces and from the large swimming pool – truly unforgettable. Everything was perfectly prepared for my arrival, and all the amenities were of high quality. The location was ideal, close to everything I needed, yet quiet and relaxing. The host was extremely welcoming, responsive, and made sure I had everything for a perfect stay. I would happily return and strongly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a great experience!

Very well appointed with everything you need for villa holiday. The view from the balcony and pool was fabulous. Also walking distance to a beach and restaurant was a bonus.

Lovely and comfortable house with amazing view and facilities. Amazing and welcoming host going above and beyond expectations and setting the scene for an even more relaxing and enjoyable stay. We were two families with children 8 to 12 and everyone loved it. Multiple beaches nearby, within 5 to 15 minutes.

Everything was great. Maybe the beaches were a bit crowded, but this was probably due to being the busiest week of the summer.

The house and garden are a real paradise. The house is fantastically equipped, so you will definitely need nothing. Beautiful surroundings, beautiful bays and no crowds. At the port you can eat delicious frutti di mare or pizza according to your grandmother's recipe. The owner is an extremely nice, helpful and wonderful person. We give Villa Lumier Avantes 10/10 but it's definitely not enough!!! We dream of going back there :)

We had the opportunity to spend Easter with family and friends in Villa Lumiere. The rooms and the facilities are perfect for this kind of occasion. A fully functional barbeque area and a majestic view from the terrace. Everybody was so satisfied by the time we left. Mr Kostas, the owner, was kind and very helpful..We appreciate all his efforts to make our stay as comfortable as it gets. Looking forward to visiting this place again.

Amazing location ! Peaceful and quiet, the house offers 100% privacy. The house is beautiful, comfortable and has been designed to make vacation time soooo easy(the patio and extra toilet close to the pool were greatly appreciated). Could not ask for a better host ! Kostas took care of everything for us, showed us the house and made us feel welcomed straight away. As soon as he made sure everything is ok he left the whole place to ourselves! He did not stop taking care of us though even from a distance as he offered us the contact details of plenty local people who could help us at any point ( gourmet food, doctor etc). The beach is 7-8 min walk from the house’s swimming pool ! You can easily reach it while wearing flip flops. Thank you so much Kostas ! Looking forward to meeting you again !
