Serenity on the Shores

The location is great- 10 minutes from west beach, quick/easy drive to Chicago The size of the rooms, decor, beds were great. Teenage daughter was obsessed with the upstairs bed. She wanted to bring it back home with her! couch was comfortable Keurig style coffee with plenty of pods. This is definitely a great addition to this vacation condo. The coffee set up is efficient and it was actually really good coffee Excellent water pressure in the showers plenty of towels and linens provided

It gets so light in this condo. If you are a person who needs darkness to sleep, you will be up by 5:00 am every day Proximity to the train means you are going to actually hear the train all day and it starts running early. If you need quiet to sleep, you will be woken up by the train Since this is a condo, you can hear the neighbors every time they come or go. They can also hear you! There was a spider hanging in the doorway and our daughter freaked out. We then got a text accusing us of being too loud No printed guide or rule book. We travel often and this is the first stay where they didn't have everything outlined in some sort of binder or welcome guide. Apparently there was a pool you can use, but no instructions provided. The remotes didn't work for the TVs The owner texted and accused us of having extra people which was so awkward. We are a simple family of 4 travelling together.

Unable to turn on TV in livingroom or fireplace in upstairs bedroom, found the manual about the steel industry quite interesting, upstairs bedroom was totally awesome, loved the round bed for watching TV, main floor bedroom bed was very comfortable, footboard needs tightening, while looking for robe sash I noticed it was loose, next visit will definitely come better prepared, as now l know what Condo has to offer, loved the colors in upstairs bedroom

Location was great for what we had planned. Loved it was right on the Marina and being able to see the water and lake animals!! Was well provided with coffee towels and blankets, and kitchen things you might need! The stair lighting was super cool and great looking!

Had My 2 girlfriends and husbands meet here before we left..and was accused of having a party..This place you have to be so quite..and by 8 PM I was getting texted & phone call before 7 to be quite and NO PARTIES!! We DID NOT HAVE A PARTY!! Just meet for pictures and gathered before heading to the Yatch Club which we had tickets for the Halloween party there!! It was to bright for sleeping. No curtains to block out the light. Sheer curtains don't provide enough privacy! Lots of owner nick nacks don't provide enough space for the guest things! Didn't like getting out of the shower and as you step out there is the toilet brush 🥴 Also as we returned to the Condo was close to midnight and the neighbors had tons of stuff out threw the hallway from their door down the hall toward our room door and was in & out of the room and this was almost Midnight..and I received calls for laughing and talking before 7pm 🤦‍♀️

The location near the dunes was great, and next to the marina with a water view, too. It was like living in a million dollar condo. Beautiful stay.
