The Eighteen by Kasa

The space was nice privacy of 2 rooms .. the balcony was cool , and the area had plenty food. TV was a lil small in living room amd wish the rooms had tvs .

The room wasn't clean clean wen we arrived .. little things like some trash on the floor in both bedrooms the balcony was gross stuff all on the ledges and windows need cleaned stove wasn't cleaned off good at all and counter next to it on right wasn't either u coukd see the ring from whoever cooked on it before us .. seems like maybe a rush job on the cleaning service or hiring the cheapest person to do it and it showed.

The apartment was super nice. The living area was lacking in comfortable seating. Sofa was small and hard. We had to use chairs from the table as there were 4 of us.

The parking garage had like 5 spaces, so you had to cross a street and leave your car in a sketchy looking lot. However, nothing was bothered the 2 nights. We also had to pay it appears like 30.00 per night to park. I don’t remember seeing a charge for that in my reservation…. But I could’ve overlooked it.

Great price for everything included. Floor to ceiling windows. It was beautiful.

Location for sure. Convenient and attractive.

Parking was tight. Seating was uncomfortable. Cheap furniture

Nice facilities.

The location was so noisy from The bar across the street and their outside heavy metal music
