Villa Terra The Garden

El apartamento es increíble,, limpio, bonito, luminoso, con todos los detalles necesarios para una estancia perfecta. El patio es precioso y muy amplio. Super recomendable en todos los sentidos. La ubicación.... perfecta al lado de la Ribera y al lado del puente D luiz. Si volvemos, seguro que repetiremos.

Kitchen could be better equipped. We also couldn't enjoy the outside area much as it was dirty with bird droppings everywhere

The location was very convenient for the visiting the port cellars and museums. We preferred this side of the river as it was less crowded and less construction. There were many restaurants, bars and cafes around the area. It was in the middle of the WOW (World of Wines) area. We enjoyed the short walk to the bridge to get to the city of Porto. It was quiet at night unless you had noisy neighbours staying in the apartment above. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked and the washing machine worked well. The gated entrance made it feel secure.

The apartment has a musty smell and is damp. Running the air conditioner seemed to help. The outdoor furniture was nice but the chair pads were very dirty and the canopy over the table was moldy and disgusting to look at. The cupboard doors were loose and the toilet seat was loose. A little maintenance would fix a few of these issues.

Super communication avec l'hôte. Check-in très simple et efficace. Emplacement très bon. Literie et équipements de bonne qualité et en quantité. Lieu sécurisé, propre, joli, calme...

La hôte de la cuisine ne fonctionnait pas, le gazon synthétique sur la terrasse reste imbibé d'eau après la pluie donc impossible de profiter un peu de l'extérieur pendant une éclaircie

L'appartement est bien placé, par rapport au centre ville, le seul inconvénient c'est qu'il n'y a pas de parking, mais dans l'ensemble ça va.
