Liked nothing

Dislike everything. The hotel was smelling like some sewage broke or fishy smell. Staff was not Customer oriented, I had to fight for everything

Sängen var bekväm med sköna kuddar. Personalen var snabb på att ge bra service.

Det var mycket myggor i badrummet. Restaurangen var bokad på kvällen, så vi kunde inte äta där. Det framgick inte att hotellet är en sportklubb och att deras pool är en träningsbassäng, där tränade både barn och vuxna. Däremellan var bassängen stängd. Vi fick båda med de som tränade, men tvingades hyra badmössa att ha på.

The place was entertaining .convenient to get uber to juhu.nice swimming pool and snooker room also a gym.staff available 24hrs would definitely stay there again value for monwy.

Most taxis could not find the place .thanks to google maps.🤣 spot on.

Staff near the pool side and food including service is amazing

When arrived early morning nobody was there to help us bring the suitcases in . The guard ignored us completely
