La localisation, la réactivité et l’amabilité du personnel, le grand espace dévolu au dortoir et la propreté. Le petit espace extérieur qui permet aux fumeurs de ne pas devoir descendre en rue.

Il manque un espace de convivialité où rencontrer de façon conviviale les résidents mais cela n’empêche pas les rencontres.
