Dopalo nam se sto je apartman imao mini dvoriste, tj bio je u prizemlju, takodje i blizina setalista i centra.

Čist prostor, dobro organizovan i uređen, čak i za četvoročlanu porodicu. Ljubazni domaćini i tu su za svako pitanje i pomoć. Poklon dobrodošlice od domaćina. U stanu su imale igračke za decu i slatkiši. Apartman je u prizemlju, odličan je zbog dece.

Zgrada je na uzbrdici, lakše je ići do glavnog šetališta banje autom, ukoliko je porodica u pitanju. Parking kao sto je navedeno nema u okviru parkinga zgrade, ali ima u blizini preko puta zgrade.
