Rear of Levett Gardens

The accommodation was just like the photos. Very clean and comfortable with all essential amenities. The location for us was perfect too because we were attending a family wedding nearby. There is also a seating area outside, which was great because it got very warm in there (even with the fan on). The host/staff were very friendly, and agreed to let us check in slightly earlier which enabled us to have more time to get ready for the wedding. The bed was very comfy and the sheets were soft. They also provided tea and milk which was perfect for the morning. Thank you!

Although I knew it would be at the back of a house, I didn't expect to walk in via what was essentially a builders yard. The pathway down to the stay is very narrow, and when we stayed there the garden was full of building supplies and old furnishings, including a dirty mattress. This made us a little nervous as we walked up to the actual stay, but as I've said above, the accommodation itself is clean and as expected.

The internet is bad, even though we were given alternative of using the community, it is still very bad.

The property was very close to the location of a party I had come to and my cousins and I just needed somewhere to stay the night. I have relatives living close by and so did not use any of the kitchen facilities. The shower was great and beds comfortable.

Location was fantastic. Staff were very friendly. A little more work here and there and it will be a fantastic place.

Chairs were outdoor garden furniture not great for indoors. Mould on the walls near the bedside window.not cleaned in a while or else serious mould problem. A little low on cooking utensils,like pots and spoons. Heating was temperamental, great when it worked,but had to reset the boiler at least once a day to get it to come out of an error mode. A bad smell in the bathroom from the second we arrived.I suspect the kitchen sink and shower drainage pipes are connected and not independent as a smell would result from the shower if the sink tap ran and vica versa.
