Very convenient location, authentic Turkish experience, very pleasant and helpful owners. They were generous enough to give us an extra breakfast and let us shower after an overnight bus.

Couldn't pay by card, most personnel except the owner didn't speak English (or Czech, Russian, Spanish...). Our bathroom was smelly, because the fan absorbed smoke 🚬 from the terrace.

Central location, lovely roof top location for breakfast. Good breakfast. Staff were fantastic.

On very busy road so lots of traffic noise

The breakfast was good and enough for everybody. They dont have self service but they bring some prepared plates to your table. It contains standart breakfast stuff with some really nice cheese varieties. So dont worry - you will not stay hungry :-)

The house is in a perfect location - you can enjoy all the air balloons directly from the terasse. Its a family place and they all are really nice and helpfull. But there is one minus - they have neighbours with chickens. Sometimes it smells not nice - especially if your room windows are inside the house and not outside looking to the street. Despite of this smell I think I would come here again.

Perfect stay! We loved the feeling you could be at home, we end up very close to our host, Memis, who was always available for anything we needed. The room and the bathroom were clean and there were hairdryer, two towels each as well as teas. There's a nice terrace were you can have the breakfast or also other meals. You can also reserve experiences through them, they suggest the best deals and manage with it!

In terms of hospitality and kindness Lucky Luke’s is by far the winner. Owners are very kind and happy to offer advice and instructions. The rooms are a bit tight but the beds are comfortable and we did not spend much time in there anyway. Breakfast is served on a spacious roof terrace with good views of the surrounding area and the balloon flights. We ate a local style breakfast of eggs and tomatoes (both direct from their nearby farm), fresh cucumbers, breads etc. Cozy inside seating is also available for colder mornings. The owners are always happy to provide second helpings and extra tea and coffee, they truly want to make guests happy. We gratefully accepted their offer to cook up a breakfast for us after our early morning arrival from Antalya, we were tired cold and hungry. These are very good hearted and genuine people who made us feel like family, not tourists.

The location is a few minutes walk out of the most central area of higher end restaurants and hotels. The bathrooms are finished in stone, Fixtures worked fine but could benefit from better air circulation.

It's not very high up but it is right across from the balloon takeoff location so you can see them from the terrace every day. The owner always booked the cheapest tours that I have found. I would recommend booking tours through them!

Was right across from a restaurant that played loud music every night until 1AM. Not the fault of the hotel though.

The hotel is managed by a very nice, friendly family. They were extremely helpful during our stay and were always willing to talk to us. The breakfast was very tasty and served on a balcony with a great view. The location was also appealing (5 min walk to the bus station and close to all main spots), with an outstanding view on balloons and Cappadocia landscape.

A small disadvantage is that after you take a shower the bathroom can get really wet (there is no shower door or curtain)

The owners are very nice and available to make everyone feel welcome

It’s a bit too close to an Indian restaurant with a lot of live music which is loud until midnight

The smell inside bathrooms. They have a chicken farm infront of rooms and they bring all smell inside rooms. I think they should make a wall their or cloose those rooms forver. i got headache in the beginning.
