On my second day I returned to ants in the bathroom which reception were quick to resolve

The male staff member was extremely friendly and helpful, beautiful location, the room is really good and the WiFi is strong if you need to work. Overall I had a great stay and will definitely come back next time I am in Da Lat! Thank you!

I would definitely recommend this stay! The man at the desk is very friendly and even gave us an free upgrade. The bed and pillows were also very comfy.

My room was infested with flies that kept coming back despite closing my windows and killing them. The room would fill with the stink of cigarette smoke multiple times a day. Every morning I was woken up by staff shouting at each other. The walls are so thin you can hear your neighbours’ conversations. The room was small and very basic, it felt claustrophobic.
