There was no breakfast included in our package. A very good location which is close to the highway and very easy to find.

Shower room was still being fixed and hot water didn't come promptly. Solar power cut off during the night and there was no back up. But the host was always in touch and really apologised for the inconveniences. At the end of the day, it's kinda of the norm in Zimbabwe so we didn't see this as an effect to our stay.

"Good place to stay but there are definitely better places to stay"

Not much, just the nice owners

The property is in a suburban area with little else around it. The internet was hardly working the first day. One needs transport to stay at this place. Also requires adapters since most were Australian

As a repeat customer, I am impressed at the place. The management is great and a highly professional team.

The period was characterized by significant load shedding, which put some pressure on backup facilities.

The alternative property was ok.

I really wanted to be honest with this review, first we didn’t get to stay at this property. The host mistakenly double booked us with someone else, & didn’t notify us until 11pm the night before. The only good thing is he found an alternative property for us, which was ok but wasn’t this one, was looking forward to jacuzzi, bbq grill as we had meat ready, but the other property did not have any of this. After this, I was contacted by other two numbers which caused further confusion as I wasn’t sure which is which, as from the UK I did not have a Zimbabwe SIM card, my driver asked for a live location as it’s easier to follow, then the person gave us a wrong address we went there only to find it’s the wrong one, then gave us another address. By this time my driver was already complaining for petroleum, I had to pay the driver an extra $10 for the driver. Which I had to deduct from the initial about of $60. It wasn’t a great experience to be honest. However, mistakes happen & the host apologised, I hope in future we do get to stay at this property
