The place has a wonderful location and the apartment is very spacious. The host was very kind, allowed us to check in before check in time.

The host only contacted us on the day we moved in, which was a bit stressful. Some of the items needed replacing or repair, a broken chair, a hairdryer and one of the TVs didn't work, and the shower needed fixing.

The location was hard to beat. Perfectly situated at the beginning of the Citta Alta, 2 min walk from funicular entrance. The apartment was clean and beds comfy.

The communication surrounding parking and accessing the apartment were not responded to until the day of arrival (after chasing with Booking com the day before). This info needs to be given sooner as, like us, many guests are already mid-travel and don't have the time or headspace to stress about this. That being said, on arrival Laura made it very easy and parking was easy (6-7 min walk from parking Parcheggio Citta Alta [level 8] to the apartment). We were also able to leave the car outside the apartment first while we unloaded before parking. The amenities were sparse. No baby chair, very little kitchen utensils, no shower gel and... no bin! The bunk beds are extremely random. The bottom bunk is asking for someone to smash their head off the shelving above and the steps up to the top bunk aren't great. I'd say the entire apartment is more suitable for kids aged 4+ whereas we had 3 kids 6 and under, one of whom was a toddler.

Świetna lokalizacja na starówce. Wyjątkowe miejsce. Bardzo czyste dwupoziomowe mieszkanie. Byliśmy w 5 osób i 2 łazienki to świetna sprawa

Kilka rzeczy wymaga naprawy, słuchawka w wannie, suszarka nie działa. Poza tym wszystko super. I bardzo czysto Brakowało koszów na śmieci na górze

the location, which is in a historic and very picturesque part of the city, convenient to get to the airport, the apartment, spacious and cozy.

It could be difficult to walk to the hotel with suitcases (the distance is short, 600m, but it can be difficult due to the climb up the mountain on cobblestones), it is better to leave the suitcases in the car, if possible, and take only nessesary things with you.

Location was incredible and had a welcoming host who met us late in evening and helped with local suggestions and booking taxi Spacious , warm ,very Italian

We were 2 staying, second room for adult we would have preferred a double bed, not bunks ..would be more comfortable overall…if third bed needed the large bedroom could easily accommodate an extra single..only suggestion as positive feedback as we loved our stay
