"Beautiful and comfy stay"

Very neat and clean, courteous staff, prompt service. Nice spacious apartment. Clean bathroom.

The place was not prepared for the harsh northern winters. Things I missed was a bath robe, slipper would have been nice and for sure a room heater or warmer blankets. The blanket provided was not sufficient. I am sure for summer this place is proper.

Room were clean and comfortable location was good .

Hospitality and policies are pathetic. I was being charged for one lipstick mark over the towel. There were water Mark of lemonade over bed sheet . They charged me for that as well. That means they are going to wash their laundry from guest' s pocket. You need to pay for using the towel and bedsheet. I mean seriously very pathetic. Please think before using towel while stay and before spilling water over the bedsheet
