Good property, nice restaurant and great location!

Many things.. 1) Drinking Water: Unlike most service apartments we have used in NCR, this one doesn’t have a water filter for drinking water… one is dependent on bottled water which can be a challenge during the summer time! 2) Access card: although they have digital locks, they refuse to provide a second access card, even though you are staying as a family. Very inconvenient and unusual!😞 3) Gym facilities: The property has a gym it’s chargeable and their is no special rates for long term guests. As the streets have numerous vendors, stray dogs and pollution, it’s desirable to have some arrangement for the access to gym

Room was clean and comfortable

The staff start calling for check-out at 9 AM while their check-in time for next guests is 2 PM. They lie about their next guests waiting and spoil your morning sleep. Who needs 4 hours to make up a room?! Pathetic service in this regard even after requesting politely for a 12 PM check-out.
