Villa Romano, Anacapri

Very well situated in Anacapri, far from the crowds with a nice terrace overlooking the sea and close to the beautiful restaurant Da Gelsomina. A big plus is that the B&B is 5 min walk from the bus stop that goes everywhere. The room was nice, rather new, with a nice bathroom.

When choosing the room, there should be pictures corresponding with that specific room instead of showing pictures of all rooms. No light in the evening before the house so it’s very hard to spot it and it’s also scary when getting late and not able to identify the house. Breakfast served quite late at 8:30 and no possibility to have coffee before 8:30. No soap dish or glass holder for tooth brushes in the bathroom, and very small bottles with soap far from being enough for 2 people staying for a longer period. It would be helpful to have a soap dispenser in the shower. The walls are very thin between the rooms but we were lucky that the other people staying at the B&B were respectful so after a certain hour, it was quiet.
