The location was fantastic. No more tan approx 8 min walk to everything in Orvieto . A nice large room & a very comfortable & cosy 4 poster bed. Nice & warm on a cold winters day. Nice & quiet st night.

The code type lock to access the key was fiddly to use & the street was dark . You need to pay the city tax in cash, we were only aware of this on the last day.

The location is excellent, the place super nice and Daniele and Nicoletta are amazing hosts!

Dining table was broken and was awkward to use. No lounge chair to relax in.

Big room, great bathroom with shower. Located in the old building with original, decorated ceilings. Few minutes walk to the center of the old town and famous cathedral. If you come by car remember that parking (payable) is located outside of city walls, and is accesible from Via della Segheria.

It was centrally located, modern bathroom , lovely decor with an ornate ceiling, a/c was nice and cool.

This was a fabulous little apartment, fully equipped with high quality linens on the bed. The location was peaceful but right in the heart of Orvieto. I had a wonderful time in Orvieto enhanced by this beautiful apartment.
