The room was smelling mould , all Out clothes were smelling. The air wasn’t working but they fixed a day after .

The stay did not meet expectations. The towels provided were not clean, and overall cleanliness could be improved. The property is located directly next to a busy road, which makes it quite noisy. There were also issues with communication regarding the room, including a last-minute change, which was not clearly explained and caused inconvenience. Overall, the experience felt closer to a basic hostel rather than a guest house. Considering the price, the value for money was low.

The location was fantastic, within walking distance to many great restaurants and the beach. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were incredible. They organised tuk tuk’s, hired surfboards to us and cooked us delicious breakfasts each morning.

The staff were very friendly and always helpful, overall it was great value for money and the place was kept very clean. Ideal location for anyone wanting to explore the area.

The location was fantastic. 5 min walk from the main beach and restaurants, but far enough away to be removed from all the noise of the main street. Breakfast was very nice everyday. The room was large, clean and very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout, helping us organise taxis and surf lessons (did 2 surf lessons with Ashan which i would highly recommend).

While you're removed from the noise of the main street, you can still hear cars passing by the front of the hotel through the night. Nothing more the hotel can do aboht that, but I would recommend some ear plugs to make sure your sleep isnt interrupted.

Comfortable room, great location with a good breakfast. Did a few surf lessons with Ashan which were also good.

A bit on the expensive side but otherwise can’t fault it!

The property is well kept, lovely and clean. The room is nicely decorated and feels modern. It’s in a great location! Yes it’s a bit noisy as it’s on a main road but it didn’t affect my stay at all. As a solo traveller I found the noise helped me feel safe.
