Terrace Balcony Downtown Delight Old Town Oasis City center Universitate square Old Town

The location was great .. quiet location in 7th floor reached by the elevator (few stairs were the, so not barrier free) and really very close to University metro station, city center and everything you need. Even the Uber driver told us, that we've picked the best spot. Apartment was simple, but very clean. Have a nice covered terrace, fully equipped kitchen with extras like dish washer and washing machine. Living room with couch for sleeping, 2 smaller bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with toilets. Ideal for 4-5 Pers. Also I have to mention, that the price is fair enough as well.

If you are not expecting 5* wellness hotel, you will be satisfied here, there is no reason for any complains.

Location is perfect. 2 bathrooms and 2 large bedrooms. Nice balcony and a very large apartment overall. Kitchen was really good.

Location Very helpful hosts

It was perfect for our needs, if we were going to use it more the sofa and arm chairs were not the most comfortable. However, we didn’t mind as we were exploring most of the time.

Great communication with the host

Great location for both discovering the city and for business trips. Close to the old-town and to public transport. Very espacious place, great internet speed and all basic amenities fully available and covered. Very important that the owner is always reachable and understand the needs of the tenants.

I think that we did like everytrhing there, however, if we could say something, that it is not really negative but a constructive comment: the living room is huge, so perhaps a bigger TV to watch it from some distance :D

The small problem with the drains in the bathroom. Unfortunately, it gave a bad smell to the wonderful balcony.
