"Great staff but small room and questionable vegetable preparation for breakfast."

The location was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The bathroom was nice and the soap and shampoo provided were good quality.

The room was very small for the price we paid. Both days the breakfast left us with upset stomachs. Don't order the breakfast options with uncooked vegetables like the sandwiches or even the omelettes. Stick with the toast, oatmeal and fruit.

"Nice property but not ideal customer service experience"

Well maintained and very nice garden.

We had an unusual experience in customer service for a 3-star hotel, and the highest price point property in this city. The staff made an error in communication and retroactively wanted to adjust the pricing, and instead of even admitting that they had made a mistake (I would have accepted) they were incredibly rigid and took on a very defensive and even personal attitude. It soured what was otherwise a nice stay and we wound up changing hotels for the remaining nights.

"Amazing breakfast!"

The rooms were very clean and cozy. Despite cold weather, we were not cold at night. A small heater is provided. Breakfast was exceptional. Very close to town. Overall, amazing stay!

Truly fantastic guest house, the breakfast is amazing (multiple courses!), the staff are so friendly and happy to help in anyway, and the courtyard and rooms are so cute. One of our favourite stays in Peru!

"Pleasant"

Great location and excellent breakfast.

Rooms are old and very musty smelling. Would not return just for that reason.
