Luxury apartment in center Of Marrakech City

Stylish modern place equipped with everything you need. Location is super nice if you want to experience staying in Guelliz which has plenty of restaurants, bars and even a shopping mall with Carrefour supermarket. It was still easily walkable to Medina.

It’s a nice newer apartment in the best location! Good washer, and it’s a very spacious apartment. The host is nice. She’s new to renting this apartment so I’m confident she’ll do a better job with future guests. All issues were addressed so I’m optimistic they’ll be solved in the future.

Unfortunately we liked the apartment but didn’t have the best stay. Just a lot of things that added up to a poor experience. The beds were not comfortable at all, really tough pillows that gave me neck and back pain. The Wi-Fi was out our full first day, but host was able to get it fixed the next day. Some other maintenance things like shower not draining and would overflow after 2 min, the fridge was turned off by cleaners so we didn’t have a fridge the first day until they came to fix and when we tried to cook with the oven the power to the entire apartment would go off. This happened 4 times while cooking and each time we had to switch the breaker back on. The elevator was also out of order, so we had to carry suitcases 5 floors but I was told this was because of the earthquakes. Checkin and checkout process was also disorganized, but thankful she let us stay a bit later. We also noticed a lot of hair that looked like beard hair or something on the top of the couch. She’s a nice host, I’m optimistic that other guests will have a better experience than me but unfortunately can’t say mine was very good even though the place has good potential.
