Excellent facilities. Spotlessly clean. Great shower. Nice outside area. Good underground parking. Stayed warm (during cold weather). Host very easy to reach. Great welcome pack (instructions + videos).

Unfortunately, we had an issue with electricity tripping. Quickly resolved with very helpful host.

Walking distance from the city center. Clean and comfortable apartment with easy check-in and kind host.

It was quite cold in the morning as the heating was programmed to decrease to 17 C and we did not know it.

Excellent apartment near the center of Vicenza, in about 15 minutes easy walking you are on the central square. Parking for the car is provided, the apartment itself is very clean and tidy, it has everything you need for your stay. The area where it is located is peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host is fast and easy. We will definitely come back at the first opportunity

Everything was perfecto

Great location for hiking old town and a terrific parking spot. Easy to find.

There was a scented plug in air ‘freshener’ that was absolutely overpowering. We unplugged it immediately and opened the windows but the smell seemed imbedded in the small apartment: Especially in the kitchen and eating/living area. Otherwise it’s a nice apartment that is more ideal for eating meals out and walking old town.

Easy Check-in procedure via Whatsapp. Safe underground private parking. The apartment was clean, fully equipped, and larger than expected. Quite central but not too central to be problematic by car. I would definitely stay here again next time in Vicenza.

The beds were very comfy; somebody with good taste has been in charge decorating the Appartement, which was relatively calm. There was a a/c which was needed at night to keep the humidity indoor low in the warm weather. It was great to have coffee and tea available. Management reacted quickly upon our request for toilet and kitchen paper, which was not replenished upon arrival. A large Interspar supermarket was in walking distance, as well as the Villa Rotonda, a stroll of 15’ to both, the train station as well as to the historic centre. The lady cleaning the apartment after us was very polite and friendly upon our check-out.

Over-all we had a nice stay, a few remarks what could have made it perfect though: Check-in could be improved and more personal. An online form was to be filled prior to the arrival through a Berlin-based company, what leaves the question open of data security. Even though we supplied the data by 9 am, the management of the apartment complaint with us at 2 pm that we haven’t filled in the data - which was not true - and initially refused us entry to the Apartment - which needed a code in order to get the key from a key safe outdoors. The handling was a bit distrustful, as the procedure was chosen by the establishment. One cannot blame the customer for the IT not working properly. We had to use our phone, booking’s web interface and additionally WhatsApp if my partner in order to receive entry to the apartment, even though we had already prematurely complied to all requirements of the apartment’s management. What would have happened if one of our phones had an empty battery after 20 hrs constantly being on the road!? As there was no toilet paper nor kitchen paper we couldn’t use the facility after a long day arriving by night train and waiting for check-in till the afternoon. Yet, this was supplied within a short time of 2 hrs. Only later we realised that a few minor things need to be fixed too, but refrained from telling immoderately, because of the shortness of our stay: 1) one lamp in the living room, 2) the holding bar for the toilet paper, 3) the TV in the sleeping room (no battery in the remote control). 4) Some cutlery and kitchen tools were loose or made of cheap plastic, which cannot be used in hot pans/pots out of health concerns. Apartment is relatively dark, with small windows, but in summer this can also be considered an advantage! We enjoyed our stay, so please consider this as constructive feedback.
