The Villa Nene-no-Michi Kazeno Heritage formerly HOTEL VMG RESORT KYOTO Nene

Amazing hotel with amazing location. Felt very pampered :-) And beds were super-comfy.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating, super kind and helpful. They worked really hard to make it a nice stay

The room faced the gardens so the light shone into the room, again the staff was nice and turned it off the next night (very kind). But at this price point I expected a higher quality both of room and support, specifically a better quality of cleaning support - all the dishes I had were still there even after the cleaning was done. The betters were ok but not great, the blinds were not black out curtains, etc.

Everything was perfect

Low beds (I know it's the Japanese beds)

Convenient location and super friendly stuff- kudos to the frontdesk lady who speaks perfect English and the gentleman and lady who helped with luggage on the day we checked out

A bit rough if you have bigger suitcases and taxi can park only at the intersection of the street not right at the hotel
