L’appartamento era grande, vicino alla fermata della metro Universitate

Appartamento sporco e con blatte in tutte le stanze, uno schifo! Mio marito le ha dovute togliere con scopa e paletta e buttare nella spazzatura, immagini allegate. Carissimo per quanto sporco era. C’erano blatte anche sotto il lavandino della cucina accanto alle pentole e ai piatti, da vomito

L'appartamento è molto bello, ampio e ben rinnovato. Dimitri il proprietario è stato gentile e disponibile .Ottima posizione

Poca accortezza nella pulizia, abbiamo trovato lenzuola macchiate, anche se il proprietario ha provveduto subito, ma mettendo lenzuola più piccole rispetto alle dimensioni del letto. Nell'appartamento abbiamo trovato blatte sia vicino all'ingresso che nella stanza matrimoniale.

I will try to keep this review fair. We arrived late at night, at 10 pm, so the self check in facility was very nice. The building is located very centrally, in one of the main areas of interest of the city and there is an elevator so we did not have to carry our luggage up the stairs. First thing we noticed when entering the apartment was a strong smell of bleach. I took it as a sign of a very thorough cleaning process and was very happy, but my partner suggested airing out the apartment before sleeping. After leaving the windows open for some time, the strong bleach smell went away. In this time, we explored the apartment. It is very big, very elegant and very well equipped. The furniture was impressive, the facilities enough for our needs. But something started to smell, faintly. And it only got worse as the days passed.

There is mold in the bathroom, and lots of it, and there is a smell that won’t leave you alone, no matter how much you air out the apartment. The bathroom with the shower constantly smells like sewer and the rest of the apartment smells like mold or maybe old cigarette smoke. We pushed through it, because we didn’t have the energy to switch accomodations, so you can live through it for a couple of days. Last day, though, we saw a giant cockroach, that really bothered me, glad we only saw it on our last day. All in all, you can sleep here and it can be decent, but I wouldn’t come back.

Perfect location - very close to the old town, restaurants, metro, etc. Meet-up place for coach trips and walking tours is within max. 10 min walking. Plenty of space, big sofa and bed, enclosed balcony. The owner was very flexible, which was much appreciated 👏

More cutlery and kitchen towels for drying dishes would be recommended.
