May I please get my refund, I never got to stay there. I tried to call and nobody picked up the phone

Hi sir, we waited for you till your security guards kicked us out. You stated we should wait for you to discuss the issue further but you did not show up We explained that amongst all places in booking.com even the ones that are cheaper in Durban we chose this place just because of the duration, And most of all there were no toiletries in the place and in the morning no water, we had to go speak to the guard in order to get the water running, with all due respect this was not at all the service we expected. And you seem to not care about our concerns and the quality of service we recieved from your guest house as you didn't communicate or try to resolve anything from the time we called you.

Everything about the place besides the TV not having sound oh and the bathroom is very small

No wifi

We didn’t even stay there for the night we booked for only for the owner of the place to tell us that he accepted cash payments only for that day and that the money that we paid for the accommodation is too little and it didn’t reflect at that moment from booking.com. Mind you we paid maybe a week before we even went there and we were tired and it was already late, all we wanted to do was to freshen up and sleep but we didn’t know that the place was fully booked plus they didn’t even bother calling us during the course of the day to tell us that the place was fully booked and we should look for an alternative. To add, in their book we appeared as people who were booked but when we inquired why we didn’t get our rooms if we appeared as people who are supposed to stay there for the night they gave us a lame excuse that they forgot to call and inform us before hand that their rooms were fully booked . I mean what kind of carelessness is that as business owner? After a long time of arguing and bickering as if it was our fault he resorted to refunding us and that we should get another place to sleep. So whether it was booking.com or the property owner’s fault please fix this because it was not the first time that was happening.
