Hosts were extremely helpful

Well and nicely equipped apartment in the center of L‘Aquila. The host family has been very helpful to find a parking lot, which is not easy.

Since it is a souterrain apartment it is a little bit moist.

Shower was on the small size, but because of the bathroom layout it was the largest possible size for the room.

Beautiful home and lovely hosts

Bus ride about 40 minutes from Florence. Fine when all running to plan

Updated, clean and beautifully located in the town centre. Everything worked well - Wi-Fi, the tv, hot water and heating. Also pet friendly and the location was very quiet.

I rate my stay here as exemplary! I lived here for an extended period, and it was still the best decision I've ever made. The apartment was very clean, well-maintained, and modern. The apartment was equipped with everything I needed - a washing machine, dryer, and kitchen appliances. I spent the best time of my life here. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and the distance from the city center is just a few steps away! There are plenty of restaurants in the area where you can enjoy delicious meals. The landlord is very friendly, helpful, caring, and always ready to offer good advice. Communication was seamless. Due to my extended stay, I had a lot of luggage with me, but the landlord went out of their way to pick me up and safely take me back to the bus. If I come back here, it will definitely be to this place! I wholeheartedly recommend it!

There's nothing that I didn't like. Everything was in perfect order!

L'Aquila is an intriguing city and La Dimora san Marciano is a perfect base for exploration. The apartment is recently renovated and everything, everything actually works!! Such a pleasure. From the washing machine to the gas stove, there is all that is needed. We were picked up from the bus station by Giordano and taken for a tour through the town up to the apartment which is in Centro Storico. Despite the passage of almost 15 years since the 2009 earthquake, the township is still being restored and the associated engineering processes make for interesting viewing, amongst all the other historical and social activities.

From arrival to departure, and everything in between was exquisite. There was nothing to dislike!!
