Princes Risborough, Buckinghamshire, comfortable double room, quiet and central location

Very welcoming and a joy to spend time with. Excellent price for accommodation you don't really get for twice the price. Yes there was no tv in the room but I had free use of the main rooms and kitchen (and I don't watch much tv when away anyway (happy with my streaming on my phone). This was at the top of the list of places I've stayed at on budget.

I could say...TV in room, Kettle in room, little fancy biscuits etc. etc. but to be honest they were not important given I had access to the facilities (inc. milk coffee etc. in the house). I had to park on the road but again... it was only 1 mins walk lol :-).

Bernadette is a wonderful host. The house is beautiful and clean and in a great location

Lovely host and had everything I needed for a one night stay.

Lovely comfortable room and just perfect for what I needed- peace and quiet and somewhere to just relax. Bernie went above and beyond in many ways and made my stay there absolutely perfect. Will definitely book again when I need to be in the area.

Cannot fault the accommodation or the host. Just perfect!

The host Bernadette, was very welcoming. The Double room was very clean, the double bed was extremely comfortable. The area is quiet and relaxing, I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the P. R. and will definitely be staying here again when visiting friends. Ps The use of the Conservatory and Garden a bonus and the offer to use the hosts drinks making facilities a real boon after a long journey. +++

Nothing. Everything was just as described, value for money. Perfect!

The room was rather small with no dressing table or mirror. Little storage for clothes.
