The rooms are spacious and clean.The beds are comfortable and big enough

The pool is too small.No beach.An extremely small breakfast area.May be ideal for work travel and not staycation.😩I should have known better!

I didn't like the way the receptionist tried to overcharge us and even give false dollar exchange rates...Also the dinning area should get some great updates because that hall is totally out of date,the sits and all. The side on the beach has no lights,it's scary because of bats

We cant sleep not safe at all no elictric there AC is power off and no water in the pathroom food and room not clean we stay in the hotel half of the day we leave the money and and we check out never think to go there i advise you

The size of suites was good and fairly clean. Some of the staff were kind and tried to fix or address issues, but only partially succeeding. The place has potential, but to achieve excellence and deserve 4-star status, it requires a complete overhaul. Until then, I suggest they bring the rating to 3-star and lower the prices. Otherwise, the potential guests who visit the relevant websites and see the property photos, they are delighted and full of high expectations, but disappointed upon arrival, because the issues are not visible there.

Food (breakfast) was poor, bland and unadventurous, no variety and below average, for 4-star hotel. They don't have butter for breakfast and when I asked, the guy said they ordered it, but it got stuck in traffic! Overall, the breakfast was poor, not a joyous experience, but something you go for reluctantly and come back from disappointed. No mosquito nets for the beds. Toilet flush not working. I checked the side door of the suite and found it wide open. Big kitchen in the suite, but it has no dishes, pots/pans or anything else, so its existence and purpose remain a mystery. The terrace doors were very hard to open and lock. Bathtub/jacuzzi is not working. Hygiene set we got on the first day and after that had to ask for more. Smell of sewage in the apartment and water is coming out of the drain holes. We had to call few times someone to open the room safe, because the battery was low. Beach is dirty and water is not deep enough to swim. Swimming pools are very dirty, the pool tiles are so dirty and spits from people are floating on surface, along with snacks bags and empty plastic cups. Swimming pool has no working water pump! Pool guy was rude and confrontational when asked to clean the pool. Pool, side food service is awful and extremely slow. Garden is dry, you will not get lush, African garden vibe. Place is in oriental stile with a lot of concrete around pool area which makes place so hot. Billiar is not working, table is ripped and no tips on cues. They have net spread across the pool, but no ball. There is not functioning activity at all! Check in so slow! Area around pool smelling on sewage. Few staff were kind, but helpless.
