Ottima la posizione, proprietario gentile risponde ai messaggi in breve tempo, appartamento carino, zona notte ampia, letti comodi. Il proprietario ci ha consegnato l'appartamento molto prima del previsto visto che siamo arrivati la mattina presto. Buono il prezzo, con la dovuta manutenzione mi sento di consigliare questo appartamento.

Cucina molto piccola per 4 persone e poco fornita, pulizia veramente scarsa, sedia e ciambella del water rotte.

La posizione, l'appartamento è all'interno di un cortile molto silenzioso.

La mancanza di posate (niente cucchiaini, 3 forchette di cui 1 da dolce e una da carne, inutili), piatti solo fondi e di strofinacci in cucina, vi era solo uno per le mani, pet il lavandino e il tavolo ho dovuto usare i tovaglioli. Sedia e tavolo cucina ballavano. Telo da bagno e uno da bidet (non c'era un bidet), niente telo per il viso.

Konumu merkezi, evdeki herşey çalışır vaziyette idi. Bulaşık makinesi hariç tüm ihtiyaç duyulacak eşyalar mevcuttu.

Mutfak lavabosunun giderinde kıl birikmişti. Bu midemizi bulandırdı. Ayrıca kanepenin arkasındaki duvarda küf vardı.

Location close to main attractions and metro station. The studio is spacios located at ground floor with clean sheets and confortable bed and sofa. It could accomodate a family of 2 adults 2 kids like ours. Kitchen well equiped. Penny right next to the location. LIDL also close enough. Quality/price ok. Appreciated to find soap shampoo and shower gel and cleaning products. Very good communication with the owner

Bathroom needs improvement. The shower cabin margins need to be redone there is visible mold. The back of the WC needs thorough cleaning. Except these 2 elemente everything looked clean.
